Returns & Refund Policy

At Deconadra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included hardware

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

  • Not customized beyond the standard options available on the product page

Return Authorization Process

All returns must be approved in advance. To begin the process, contact us at contact@deconadra.com.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for secure packaging

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping (frame, print, or packaging)

  • Incorrect product received (size, design, or color)

  • Missing parts or hanging hardware

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products, including items with added text or images

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original product and then place a new order separately. Any approved refund can be used toward the new purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider
